Hey!
This is me, :iconelany27: speaking.

So everyone knows that here on DA are people from whole world, which means that we speak many defferent languages. Many people wants to learn new language. So I thought we could help each other with that! We could teach other our own language (or other languages if you master it enough). If you are interested in this program in any ways (if you want to learn new language or as techer) just send me a note.

So I can be teacher for Slovenian if anyone would like to learn that. (Slovenia- google eart finds many things, so go and search for it there)

Oh and...it would be realy welcome if teachers for any language would appear=D.

Not intending to hurt anyone's feelings, but who ever would want to learn Finnish?
It's not useful around the world like English nor a big financial power's language like Russian or Chinese, so why?

i would like to learn it!(not this club, talking as me) =D

well, it could be for oneself own satisfaction =D or maybe if he/she intends to live or work there, or have friends there and want to learn just because of that ^^
there are quite some reasons =)
:iconwindyrein:
Huh, never thought of it that way... I think that it just seems that your own language(Finnish in my case) seems boring and one can't help but wonder why someone would bother to learn it.. :D
But I'll have to warn you, if you ever start learning Finnish, the inflections are hell... We have (about) 12 (or more, can't remember) different endings to attach to words that change their meanings and then you can combine those endings.. For example, "in his/her house" could be said as "talossansa" though mostly there's the "his/her" in front of that but that's just an easy example.. :D
On the other hand, I don't know anything about Slovenian so am not really sure how "easy" that is to learn :D

indeed, personaly i see no real reasons why for god's sake would anyone want to learn slovenian(most of the ppl don't even know where it is, or that it even exist), but then when i look at reasons i listed before...
12 inflections?! god... we have only 6 of those... but however, for most ppl, especially those who don't speak any of Slavonic languages is pretty hard to learn it...
